Spanish Ministry of Culture, Education and Sport.<\/p><p>The FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE DONOSTIA \/ SAN SEBASTI\u00c1N S.A. was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 21st December 1990 and no changes have been made to the company name since its incorporation.<\/p><p>Its head offices are currently located in TABAKALERA, International Centre for Contemporary Culture, Plaza de las Cigarreras 1, 2\u00aa planta, San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p><p>Its business purpose and current activity is to organise the annual International San Sebastian Film Festival and to promote, foster and organise other expressions and activities related to cinematic dissemination.<\/p><p>The San Sebastian Festival is accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations, FIAPF <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fiapf.org\/\">www.fiapf.org<\/a>, in the \u201cCompetitive film festivals\u201d category.<\/p><p>The San Sebastian Festival seeks to make a positive contribution to the development
